Control Tower is a 
Science building unique to 
Iron Teeth. It boosts the output of bots by expending additional Science per hour.
It does not require a 
Power connection but power can move through the bottom block of the tower.
The control tower only acts as a boost to bots' performance and consume 3 Science per hour.
Strategy[]
Control Tower does not employ workers, so it is not affected by flooding. You can build control towers in 
Water without any problem.
